Shipping is reliable but you need to plan ahead.

One of the most common questions parents ask is about international shipping, as it is understandably an inconvenience when compared to being able to pick up in store, or domestic shipping.

To comply with FDA regulations Sprout must be shipped directly from our Australian warehouse to you. Since we are a US based website we would love to be able to ship it to you from our LA base, however, to comply with the current regulations we must ship from Australia.

It is a slight inconvenience to have to wait for international shipping though this is overcome by some preplanning or subscribing to regular orders. Choosing Sprout becomes less about where it ships from, and more about finally having an option that feels right.
