Express Shipping

All European formula orders over $150 are automatically shipped for free using our express shipping service. We use DHL, FedEx and UPS, and transit time is typically 2-4 business days.

Orders under $150 shipped express have a shipping fee of $19.99.

Standard Shipping

This is an International Express Mail Service (EMS) and transit time is typically 5-10 business days. Standard mail is free for orders over $50, and $9.99 for orders under $50.

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), directly from Europe to all 50 US states, Canada, the EU, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and 26 other countries listed in the dropdown menu of the shopping cart.

As we have daily cut-off times, weekends and holidays, please factor in 3-5 days from order to delivery.

Transit time is measured from when the order is shipped, not when it was placed. There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays. Estimated delivery times are for metro areas of major cities and may differ for regional and remote locations.

All shipping times are estimates only, and we recommend adding a conservative buffer to these estimates to mitigate unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays in the delivery of your formula.
