Ratio of Formula to Water
The mixing ratio is 1 scoop to 200ml (six and two thirds oz) of water. One unpacked scoop of formula (using the scoop provided in every box of formula) is 25g/0.88 oz.
Preparation
1. Mix 25g (1 level scoop) of Essential Shake
2. With 200ml/6.8 fl oz of cold water in a shaker or blender
3. Then blend/shake to the desired consistency.
